Above is a picture I took of Jacobs Field in 1997 when I went out to Cleveland to work for the Pinnacle All-Star FanFest. Who knew that I would end up being with the Indians the following year?? To the left is a picture from the 1948 Commemorative Weekend. The weekend celebrated and honored the accomplishments of Bob Lemon and Larry Doby. At the bottom is a picture that will always hang on my wall. This is a picture taken from the 1998 season at Jacobs Field during the 1948 Commemorative Weekend. To my right is John Sterling, and to my left is Michael Kay. Both are the New York Yankees Radio Broadcasters. After finding out that my mother and I are avid Yankees fans and Yankees Radio fans, they sent an amazing greeting to my mother back home listening to the game.
